Refund policy

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom goods or stationary. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items. Please choose carefully as all custom work is non-returnable / non-refundable.


Change period
For custom orders, please ensure all the information was entered correctly at check out. If you notice any errors, please notify us in writing at info@socialaf.com.au with your order number and changes within 60 minutes of placing your order. Any changes after this time frame may not be possible if your order has moved to the production stage.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should you receive your item and notice there were any errors at the fault of Social AF, please contact us as soon as possible with images. Where we are at fault, full refunds will be applicable.
